# Patch or Pull > Sort your group chats by how loudly each should reach you: keep it ringing, only when tagged, mute and skim, archive it, or step out - decided by fixed rules and drawn as a telephone switchboard. URL: https://patch-or-pull.skillsafe.ai/ API tutorial: https://patch-or-pull.skillsafe.ai/api.html ## What it does - Free, in the browser: up to eight chat rows (name, what it is for, volume band, how much you read it, when you last posted, how often it has things you act on, whether you would miss it, alerts on or muted), a signal score (0-8) and noise score (0-3) per chat, one call per chat, a rough pings-a-day estimate, a switchboard drawing (.svg/.png) and downloads (.md, .csv, .json). - The call, first match wins: signal 6+ and noise 0-1 keep it ringing; signal 6+ and noisier only when tagged; signal 3+ or anything acted on often mute and skim; otherwise a chat you would not miss step out; the rest archive it. - One metered task, `sort-chats` (model gpt-terra): explains each call from the person's own answers and drafts a short optional note to post in the chats that are muted, set to tags only, or left. It never changes a call. ## Input (all strings) task ("sort-chats"), chats (one numbered line per chat), priority (or "not given"), facts (lines computed by the page). ## Output One JSON object: task, headline, chats[] ({name, verdict, why, note}), priority_fit, closing. ## Care Nothing changes in any chat until the person changes it. Notes never carry phone numbers, emails, addresses or anyone's personal details. A light sorting aid, not professional advice. ## Sources Built on the SkillSafe skill @affaan-m/connections-optimizer (https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@affaan-m/connections-optimizer).
